2. Services Provided

We offer professional cleaning services, including but not limited to after builders cleaning, office cleaning, window cleaning, welfare cleaning, kitchen deep cleans, data room cleaning, and abseiling services. The scope, pricing, and duration of services will be agreed upon in written contracts or service agreements.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide clear access to the premises for cleaning services.
  • Ensure all health and safety regulations are met for our team’s work environment.
  • Provide accurate information regarding the cleaning requirements.
  • Notify us of any special cleaning instructions or restrictions.

4. Booking and Cancellations

  • Bookings must be confirmed in writing or through our official communication channels.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
  • Late cancellations may incur a fee up to 50% of the service cost.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • All service costs will be agreed upon in advance and outlined in an invoice.
  • Payments must be made within 21 days of the invoice date.
  • Late payments may be subject to interest charges in accordance with UK late payment laws.

6. Health & Safety Compliance

  • We comply with all relevant UK health and safety regulations.
  • Our staff are fully trained and equipped to perform cleaning tasks safely.
  • Clients must inform us of any hazardous conditions on-site prior to service commencement.

7. Liability & Insurance

  • We hold comprehensive public liability insurance covering accidental damage or injury.
  • While we take all necessary precautions, we are not liable for pre-existing damage to property or items within the premises.
  • Clients are responsible for securing valuables before cleaning services commence.

8. Service Guarantee & Complaints

  • We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and guarantee the quality of our services.
  • Any service issues must be reported within 24 hours of completion for rectification.
  • Refunds or re-cleaning will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

9. Data Protection & Privacy

  • We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR regulations.
  • Client information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

10. Amendments to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time.
  • Continued use of our services after amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
